Our Care Pathways Approach
Extra support when you need it, at no extra cost.
Our Care Pathways approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. It was created because we care about your progress and want to provide more support when therapy needs an extra layer.
If you are not feeling better by your second session, your psychologist may offer an additional group pathway alongside your individual therapy. These pathways are optional and included at no extra cost.
How the approach works
- You are matched with a psychologist trained in the challenges you are facing.
- You begin individual therapy with a regular weekly or fortnightly appointment.
- Your psychologist provides a clear treatment plan and checks your progress each session.
- If you are not feeling better by the second session, your psychologist can offer an extra Care Pathways group.
- You choose whether to continue with individual therapy alone or add a group pathway.
No catch: You only pay for your individual therapy appointments. The additional Care Pathways groups are included because we want clients to have access to extra support when they need it.
Why this matters
Consistent care helps therapy become part of your routine. Progress checks help your psychologist understand what is working. Care Pathways give you practical skills in areas that often affect mental health, including thoughts, body tension, daily stress, and sleep.
