You do not need yoga experience. Each class is gentle, supportive, and led by a qualified psychologist.

- A 6-week program held at the same day and time each term.

How to join: Speak with your psychologist if you are interested in joining the Yoga Care Pathway. Places are limited and prioritised for clients who need the pathway most.
